Universal features
All our sorting machines are equipped with state-of-the-art electronic and interchangeable unit (exclusive to CALIBREX).
All machines ensure high-precision calibration, packing your fruit with care, thanks to the gradual lifting of the cup (patent CALIBREX).
They ensure low noise levels in operation (e.g. high-quality, wheel-mounted weighing).
These versatile machines are controlled by a user-friendly colour touchscreen, maximising flexibility of working for you.
This touchscreen enables you to store up to 100 calibration tables, according to your fruits or varieties, you configure the exits according to your requirements, you control the main grades efficiently, you also have the option of filling your trays to a desired weight, etc.
As a further option, your machine can also be fitted with a batch management module.
These sorting machines can also be used in conjunction with all other equipment available on the market in order to ensure emptying, brushing, washing, feeding/storing/conveyance, etc.

MINIGRAM: the compact, circular sorting machine
Ideal for family businesses or for handling more specific projects, the MINIGRAM sorting machine provides unbelievable packing options at a very affordable price.
So far, more than 400 customers in France and abroad have placed their trust in us and are happily using MINIGRAM in all seasons. This sorting machine is the undisputed benchmark in its market.
In order to optimally meet the sorting requirements for a particular type of fruit (numbers graded as per the standard, packaging method and/or desired hourly capacity), there are several versions of MINIGRAM models available: mono-fruit or multi-fruit, single-speed or multi-speed, 6 or 10 exits.
MINIGRAM 2 with “universal” cups spaced 100 mm apart
Fitted with 6 or 10 exits, this model enables the sorting of all fruits from apricots to pears and even melons.
Depending on the type of fruit (small, medium or large) and version, the sorting machine works at a rate of 10,000, 15,000 or 20,000 cups per hour.
As an example, MINIGRAM 2 can handle up to 1.8 tonnes of apples per hour and up to 3 tonnes of melons per hour.
MINIGRAM 2+ with “small” cups spaced 76 mm apart
Fitted with 6 or 10 exits, this model enables the sorting of “small” fruits, such as apricots, plums and kiwis, as well as “medium” fruits, such as peaches, apples, pears and tomatoes.
Depending on the type of fruit (small or medium) and version, the sorting machine works at a rate of 20,000 or 30,000 cups per hour.
As an example, MINIGRAM 2+ can handle up to 1.2 tonnes of apples and apricots per hour.
SMART:
The MINIGRAM can be marketed with two different circular conveyors, one fitted with “universal” cups and the other with “small” cups.
These 2 circular conveyors, which are interchangeable in less than 15 minutes, enable you to sort fruits from 20 grams to 2 kilograms, be they apricots or melons, on a single machine, at maximum speed for each fruit.
NOVAGRAM: the oval, compact and modular sorting machine
The oval design of this sorting machine offers the ultimate compromise between compactness and high capacity.
The most recent addition to the range, this machine enables packing stations to be set up in line and guarantees an exclusive fill rate of up to 95%.
The NOVAGRAM is designed to handle a wide range of fruits from apricots to pears. With a wealth of ingenious features, this machine ensures that high feed volumes of fruits are dispensed naturally (without creating empty cups), being weighed “in transit” at the point where the cups separate (versatility of the “small” cup).
Its design provides the option of selecting the number of dispensing exits (7 to 15) and its modular structure ensures flexibility over time,
NOVAGRAM with “universal” cups spaced 100 mm apart
This machine is intended for “medium” fruits, such as peaches, apples, pears and tomatoes and sorts at a rate of 6 cups per second.
As an example, NOVAGRAM can process up to 3 tonnes of apples per hour.
NOVAGRAM + with “small” cups spaced 76 mm apart
This versatile machine sorts “small” fruits, such as apricots, plums and kiwis, as well as “medium” fruits, such as peaches, apples, pears and tomatoes.
Depending on the type of fruit, the machine sorts at a rate of 6 or 10 cups per hour.
As an example, NOVAGRAM + can process up to 2 tonnes of apricots per hour.

CALIGRAM: the linear, modular sorting machine
An historic model in the range, the CALIGRAM is a linear sorting machine that can be configured in 1 or 2 lanes.
With an effective operating speed of 15 cups/sec/lane, this is the fastest sorting machine on the market.
CALIGRAM also has a number of other features, such as good flow management and optimised handling of high feed volumes.
The machine may also be fitted with an optional automatic feed management system.
This is the ideal sorting machine for operations prior to packing substantial daily volumes.
Its linear design offers provides total freedom on the number of discharge exits and its modular structure ensures flexibility over time.
CALIGRAM 2 with “universal” cups spaced 100 mm apart
This versatile machine can turn its hand to sorting “medium” fruits, such as peaches, apples, pears and tomatoes, as well as “large” fruits, such as melons.
The sorting speed varies from 6 to 12 cups per second, depending on the fruit.
As an example, CALIGRAM 2 can process up to 30 tonnes of melons per hour.
CALIGRAM 2+ with “small” cups spaced 76 mm apart
This versatile machine sorts “small” fruits, such as apricots, plums and kiwis, as well as “medium” fruits, such as peaches, apples, pears and tomatoes.
The sorting speed varies from 10 to 15 cups per second, depending on the fruit.
As an example, CALIGRAM 2+ can process up to 5 tonnes of apricots per hour.
